Frontis NPL is 100% owned by its Management and was established in 2009 with the name of First Atlantic Real Estate NPL SpA (then FARE NPL SpA).

The management of Frontis NPL, before establishing the company, was the top management of Prelios NPL.

Team

Frontis NPL senior team counts 10 people with a significant experience in asset management, legal services and a widespread real estate network (due-diligence and portfolio management, real estate disposal, extrajudicial activities) covering the whole national territory.
